Due to the sensitive nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made and the order is being processed or is already on its way to you.

We encourage all customers to review their order details carefully before making payment. Once your order is confirmed and processing has begun, cancellations are not permitted unless there is a valid and tangible reason, such as:

• An error in the order details immediately after purchase (wrong product, duplicate order)

• A special agreement made directly with our team within a short window before dispatch

If you believe you have a valid reason to request cancellation, please contact us immediately at our store or through our Contact Page. We will do our best to assist you if your order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
